The Suites at Algiers Point Difference
The Suites at Algiers Point offers private, generously sized apartments designed for comfort and ease. Each apartment features an oversized bathroom and individually controlled heating and air conditioning, along with thoughtful touches such as private phone lines, cable TV hookups, and weekly housekeeping and linen service.
Our community is equally welcoming, with a spacious, beautifully decorated living room and a family-style dining room with wait service—perfect spaces for enjoying meals, conversation, and special moments with friends and loved ones. Residents can also stay active and engaged in our fully equipped multi-purpose recreation room, unwind with a visit to the beauty salon, or simply relax outdoors. For quiet reflection, our lushly landscaped courtyard offers fresh air, tranquil greenery, and the soothing sound of a gentle fountain.

Our residents enjoy fresh, chef-prepared meals three times a day in a welcoming, restaurant-style setting, along with complimentary snacks. Menus highlight the flavors of Louisiana, with everything made in-house and tailored to meet nutritional needs. We happily accommodate personal preferences, special diets, and offer a private dining room for special occasions.
Barber / Beauty Salon
We understand the special relationship between a woman and her hairdresser. Our hairdresser is available to our residents on-site once a week and for special occasions. We also provide manicures for all residents to enjoy.
Housekeeping & Laundry
We want to make life as easy and comfortable for our residents as possible, and part of that extreme level of hospitality is taking care of the housekeeping and laundry. We will wash your clothes, fold them, and return them to your room every week.
Cable & Utilities
All utilities are covered through monthly rent, including cable TV, and electricity.
Heating & A/C
Every suite comes equipped with its own thermostat.
Parking
We have a convenient parking lot on our property to accommodate both residents and guests vehicles.
